Sorry, at the time Linn mar was two classes above us in sports, as was Benton and Prairie, LaSalle and Dyersville Beckman were just a class above us. We should have petitioned to get into a new district or something. I heard it can be done.

I did enjoy the you tube video from the WB game after the interception where the following dialogue is recorded between player and coach 'great to be a Bear' 'hell of a lot better than being a Regal' can't tell if it was player or coach saying it but it sure is an interesting thing to say when you just clinched a big victory over a ranked 2A team.

big game for the Bear/Regal/Comets vs North Cedar tonight. Weather may be a big factor & cause some games to be played on Saturday. There is supposed to be some big Armed Forces tribute or something @ the Little Rose bowl with a fly-over etc...

yes, not too bad for only around 17 minutes of actual playing time.
Sometimes that limited playing time in blow outs comes back to haunt you a little when you get into a tight game, but when you get to the dome the TV timeouts help. Usually the 2nd thing mentioned after winning to make the dome, right after what do we have to eat

I was talking with a West Branch 'insider!' last night. Apparently the West Branch Fresh/Soph team has a new transfer from City High this year that has shown up and bumped everyone down the depth chart. Word was that WB parents are NOT happy about that and there is some grumbling going on...
With all of these 'move' ins does WB have to worry about their BEDs number going up? Or they will they just tell people they can't go to school there like some have said Regina does.
Did I also hear that their leading JV tackler last week is a new transfer from a local school as well?

Could you create a Regina Football Forum? Having these guys volley back and forth and back and forth and constantly pat themselves on the back and attack West Branch gets pretty old. Stones were thrown @ Regal Program,, ie steroids, transfers ect... now the focus is on the Bears & you answer is to shut it down? It is hard to see the logic... My response to CID - if you can't beat em' join em. We can't beat em' if we don't get to play em

I am sure the Regina faithful are humble and forgiving. The old saying "be the better man." One crazy accuses you of taking steroids and you feel the need to toot your horn and bash other programs and HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ATHLETES by name daily?

Rkhemp has been one of Regina's biggest critics. Regina had numerous unfair attacks leveled against the program over the past several seasons. But when it's another program, and a growing pattern of transfers is noticed, then suddenly it's a problem?
Please explain where I have ever attacked Regina. But yes, it is you guys against the world. And you will continue to bask in the sun and attack other programs and student athletes.
Have I said Regina owns a huge advantage over all the small towns they demolish every week and there should be a multiplier? Absolutely. I understand you guys feel it is just because you guys work harder than everyone else. Have I ever called out any Regina player? And called them out weekly, over and over? Absolutely not. Just because I am for common sense multiplier doesn't mean I want to attack the student athletes there. I would wish them all the best in 3A, where they should be.

Please feel free to show where I have attacked a player or a program. Pointing out what is going on is hardly attacking a program or a kid. As far as your 'common sense' multiplier goes there is a severe shortage of common sense because the majority of the state doesn't go for it, the majority of the states don't go for it so it must not be that common. As far as 'being the better man' you are indicating that I should turn a blind eye to what is going on? ignore it? Point out where I have been incorrect on things I have said, perhaps I ask questions that others don't want to answer because it doesn't paint a very good light on the situation. I sure hope your posting history backs up your 'be the better man' challenge. It would be interesting to delve back into some of those posts. As far as cluttering up the 1A board, post some topics others want to talk about and get it uncluttered, have a problem with the items on the board, make a difference and quit pissing and moaning about it. Generate some interest. I believe I asked for some feedback from the western side of the state, limited to no responses. Maybe everybody just knows that it will get turned into a WB/Regina situation. As it stands now the majority of the posts are about WB/Regina, take that away and are you saying that people will start talking about other things or will it be a ghost town?
And yes quite a bit of it is because they work harder and smarter than most. I talk to a wide variety of people in my travels, had a coach of perennial top 5-10 program above 1A tell me how he was psyched they had gone to lifting 3 days a week early in the morning, year around, didn't have the heart to tell him that still puts them significantly behind the curve on this. Being the 'better man' I stayed silent. Sometimes things that people like you RH don't truly understand actually exist. Perhaps come spend a summer in the weight room and make some comparisons and see if the work is the same.

I have never made it a WB/Regina situation on the whole.
When I discuss the Catholic/Private vs the Public it is all encompassing.
Again, this whole thread is very childish. A not so subtle attack on another program, another player, and another family. Don't give me no BS how you guys are just following the stats of a couple kids and congratulating their success. People all over my travels see right through you guys
