Thoughts on this ruling?

On one hand I’m glad to see the legal system (at least in this case) actually care about following the constitution and the first amendment.
On the other hand, I’m not supportive of the gratuitous use of vulgarity to express opinions…..even if I agree with it.

Cursing is just words and expression. Like "Buck Fama!" It is just colorful expression and has heart behind it... as long as you use it without hurting someone, I'm good with it. Cuss words are awesome. They can be used in many ways.... Nouns, verbs, interjection, adverbs, etc..
  • Noun: I don't give a fvck.
  • Verb: Don't fvck around with fire.
  • Interjection: Fvck! ...
  • Adverb: Fvck yeah, I'll be your best man!
What can I say... I like to fvckin cuss. and yes... I am growing old and I'm a "mumble curser". Some people may have Coprolalia, they are expert cursers. Sleepy Joe could be approaching Coprolalia any day now.

Off to a better start than I anticipated. A couple of things that struck me.
1) the guys name is “Dick” and was accused of being offensive - this makes me laugh a bit
2) the quote about how unfortunate it was to not be able to legislate morality.
