Team Strengths:
Depth, experience, and senior leadership
Question Marks:
Consistency and a third scorer
Overview:
After finishing only one game over .500 last winter, Lamoni has a chance to make
some huge strides this season. The Demons bring back six players who spent
time in the starting lineup and that could help the team greatly improve on
their eleven wins. Leading the way for the returners are Keegan Smith and
Zach Kotz. This duo combined to average over thirty points per game last
year. With another year of development, those numbers could continue to
increase. As for the other players, the biggest question mark will be the
third scorer. Tyler Jeanes and Trent Ranney both played the part at times
last winter but they must step up consistently. If they can do that, the
Demons may be a wild card in the conference race.
