Team Strengths:

Speed, post play, and returning scoring

Question Marks:

Perimeter shooting, experience, and depth in the post

Overview:

Troy Rood enters into his second season as head coach of the Mohawks and will be
hoping for continued improvement out of the team. The leader of this team
will once again be Danny Rose. This talented senior is heading into his
third season as a starter and put up over sixteen points per game. The
team also returns a very talented sophomore in Davis Asche. As a 6-foot-5
freshman, Asche averaged nearly four points per game but showed a lot of
improvement as the season wore on. Mason City has a lot of question marks
heading into another tough year of the CIML conference but with Rose, they have
a proven scorer who could fight for All State honors.
