Gotta have Decorah in the top 10. They had very convincing win against WSR earlier this season. Harlan out, Decorah in.

what surprised me about harlan vs creston, harlan has struggled with their running for the most part all year. the cyclone game with creston last friday, harlan ripped creston apart with their running game, and hardly passed ....creston must have a poor run defense. harlan seemed to gain 10 yds on every carry, uncharacteristic of this harlan team

Good point, I say. Decorah has a win over #7 Waverly-Shell Rock, and their losses were to #1 Xavier and previously ranked Western Dubuque (who have only lost to Xavier and #5 North Scott).

Harlan's losses were to #2 Lewis Central and #5 SBL, but they really don't have any good wins over strong/ranked teams.

Honestly hard for me to take Harlan out but Waverly either shouldn't be ranked that high or you gotta find a place for Decorah in the top 10.

Personally I would go with this

Harlan and WSR can easily be put into this as well essentially to me it is Xavier, Lewis Central and possibly North Scott then around 9 teams who are pretty darn close. I really think there are going to be some great first round games this year.

Doesn't take away from the result. Decorah has also been playing very well as of late. They should take down Indy and win district outright. I am excited to see how the committee seeds. One would think district champs would be seeded higher than a runner up. However, I don't expect that to be the case. I expect Heelan and Pella to be seeded higher than say a district champ, Norwalk or Carroll. We shall see though!
