Iowa City Liberty 58, CPU 37
Decorah 57, Western Dubuque 55
CR Xavier 50, Waverly-Shell Rock 35

And the big upset:

Cedar Rapids Prairie (thought by some to be a "weak team") 52, MAC predicted champ North Scott 44.

In all fairness, this early in the year there are a lot of teams which have a bunch of inexperienced players, ill players (flu and virus going around), and especially injured and recovering football players, which make for some interesting contests. Some teams, like Western Dubuque, are down a couple of key starters- Peyton Quagliano and Calvin Harris- for example. I'll wager that it's the same in West Des Moines and elsewhere. And it may affect the smaller schools the hardest- to lose a key player. We may have a better idea about some teams after the holidays.
