I'll take a stab at this: Assumptions: Waukee beats Johnston, CF beats CRP, Ankeny win v SCE and all others go to team with better record winning.
Dowling gets 3 seed over AC for head to head, same with Waukee jumping CRP from 11 to 10. Seeds are projected RPI finish and home teams listed in bold.

Valley Quadrant:
1. Valley vs 16 Indianola
8. Ankeny vs # 10 Waukee(home because of district champ)

Cedar Falls Quadrant:
2. CF vs 15 DMR
7 Linn Mar vs 9 Bettendorf

Dowling Quadrant:
3. Dowling vs 14 Urbandale
6 SEP vs 11 CRP

Ankney Centennial Quadrant:
4. AC vs 13 Fort Dodge
5 CRK vs 12 Dub. Sr.

Can't do 8 vs 9 because Waukee and Linn Mar both get home games as district champs, plus travel considerations. In this scenario, the travel is not terrible for anyone really. There will be some great games, especially in round 2.. What are your guys thought?

I look at Ankeny Cent Quad and see a matchup with Senior. Therefore I'm not sure why you cannot Flip Dowling and Cedar Falls in the Brackets

Southeast Polk against Dowling in Round #2 could be pretty intriguing.
