District Pairings Out?

Was digging through IAHSAA bball archives and stumbled across this link:

District pairings for 1A district 1&2 as of right now.

Are these for real? Seemed a little early to me considering they said they would be posted the week of Feb 1.

Iahsaa archives, looked at last years pairings then replaced 2013 with 2015 in the URL

2A districts 13 & 14 appear to be correct, for what its worth.

There may have been some 1A schools that didn't have their 15th game until Friday night, which could explain why there are only a couple 1A brackets out.

I think all of the Class 2A and just two from Class 1A. Next time, screenshots. Although if you want to do the legwork and figure out tiebreakers BC Moore has a "district standings" breakdown you could use to figure out pairings.

Has that but state doesn't do true seeding. They try to stay true to seeding as much as possible in manual it says. Some geographic things though make it that they may change it up but if you're in same district wouldn't you be within reasonable travel distance.

Ha now state tweeted said they will be released tomorrow. When we obviously saw some of them released.... classic state.

Not to mention with the storm they will probably delay it till Thursday. Reminds me of the time a guy was sick so they couldn't release them.

Just skimming through Class 1A, I think for the most part you will see that the districts will pretty much stick to seeding and not have to juggle teams for geographical purposes.

This is what I expect for Districts 3 and 4:

And then my educated guess for District Finals- Algona and Clear Lake; and for Substate- Mason City or Fort Dodge
