This story from the "every accusation is a confession" department. Democrats and "Never Trump" Republicans really hit it on the head when saying that this hatred of gays and trans people is really about self-hatred in the far right. Yet another case, and the most high profile yet. The search histories of posters here that throw around the word "tranny" here must be horrendously degenerate. No wonder Republicans who aren't self-loathing have been deserting Trump and MAGA en masse. On one hand, we have a courageous candidate who (against better judgment IMO) chose to debate not one but two opponents in hostile and biased forums, took a would be assassin’s bullet which was an inch from ending his life and then stands up to encourage supporters, escapes a second assassination attempt, yet continues to campaign publicly as though nothing happened.

And then there’s his opponent, who refuses press conferences or unscripted interviews and will not debate on FNC with probably the least biased hosts (Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum)…such courage 🙄 and the world is watching America…and it’s a VERY dangerous world, THINK before you vote…our future depends on it.

If Vice President Harris is dumb and incapable of being President, but she successfully baited him to go off the rails on the simplest of debate questions over and over again (playing him like a fiddle as one Republican pundit put it), what could an intelligent adversary of the United States be able to do by baiting or manipulating Trump?
