The reality of this tragedy is the criminalization of political speech. Debate about this has been around since the beginning of this nation; but this is the first time political 'free speech' has been made into a criminal action.
I can assume if CNNgator gets his way, future DOJs will start to 'fact-check' political opponents comments and then indict them if those comments are (and will be) considered misinformation or anti-establishment.
Then there's this little nugget that ol' Jerk left out...
