Time for a “National Divorce”?

This has been an ongoing topic on Jesse Kelly's show for a while.

Seems like it's just a matter of time before something happens. Sad in a way.

Yeah, this is a serious question that deserves more than knee jerk hyperbole (not saying anyone here did😉) but there’s been a slow and steady march towards a more authoritarian, centralized managerial state, which has resulted in a balkanization of our geographic moving patterns (i.e., living closer to those with whom we share beliefs), quite striking really. Not sure if there are many more exit ramps left on this highway but if the republic is to survive (in any resemblance of the constitution) there’s going to be some labor pains in the future.

Exit ramp is the states exerting power….. that 10th amendment isn’t just a flyover Amendment in the Bill of Rights. We have the right phuckers in the Supreme Court at this very moment….. need the states, that are aren’t bumfug cray-cray, to start taking stands

She ain’t dead yet

No, but she’s either got a serious case of indigestion or terminal cancer…….not sure yet.
She is the most well thought out democratic republic this world has ever seen. The founding fathers inserted many checks and balances. If she fails, humanity can’t ever hold on to a true democracy with inherent freedom. Failure is obviously just a matter of time Otherwise.

I still have hope, because there are still mechanisms of fixing what’s broken. Unfortunately it’s going to take one of the new generations to fix this, because the boomers and GEN Xers have ****ed us all up out of arrogance, and the millennials don’t have a clue.

I should add that it is the liberal and progressive boomers and Gen Xers that were phucked it up like a football bat

As do the bed-wetters on our college campuses in Iowa City, Auburn and Athens (couldn’t say Tuscaloosa because there are none….so I’m told 😊).

Speaking of which, I sat on the ceramic throne from 2:00 A.M. to 3:15 A.M. Feel much better now. Took two Walgreen's anti diarrhea pills. They are amazing. Back to constipation now.
Me too bro.. I alternate between opioid constipation ( like giving birth) and diarrhea following Colase. I guess I’ll find a happy medium after I taper off the pain meds.

Feeling any better? Strokes are a bitch. Had mine in July and there are still some minor lingering effects. After my last hospital stays, I'm using a walker with a urinary drainage bag hanging on it (to which I am tethered via catheter since October). During physical therapy I have to drag that SOB around the house.

I now have a Cardiologist, a Neurologist, two Urologists, an Internist and a Nephrologist. Seems like I have a Dr. Appt. every other day and my dresser looks like a Walgreens.

Fighting off the old Grim Reaper every day.

Oh, and God bless my wonderful wife.

What works for me since I am on opioids regularly (pain management) Two 400 magnesium caps every night before bed. Try that my friend and see how it works. May have to adjust dosage somewhat.

Dang Moby, hope improvements are near for you . Good thing is you're not completely immobile. Any kind of restrictions are a batch. I'm currently wearing a binding sling on my dominate arm from shoulder surgery last Wednesday. Dr. Says I'll have to keep it on 6 weeks.

We have to get back to the common sense that a government must legislate with the majority in mind not the fringe
Not necessarily the majority, but a set of principles agreed to at the founding of our nation. We’ve lost that. In fact more and more think we should ditch the constitution in favor of a more “progressive” government. That should scare the shit out of everyone.

Again, truth be told, many of today’s “progressives” not only don’t follow the constitution, they don’t care about it and would just as soon eliminate that “repressive old document written by a bunch of white slave owners”.

Oh they care, they just ignore it when it suits them. Their goal is to "fundamentally transform" ($1 to Barack Obama) the United States into a government based on the rule of man not the rule of law. They've gotten us a pretty good ways down the road, too.
