They are from the deep south western part of the state. Apparently they have a good defense, can put a lot of points up and are ranked #1 in BCMOORE.

They aren't as battle tested as H-LP, but that may not mean anything if they are really good (can only beat the teams on their schedule).

They have played and defeated #9 (2x), #15, #17 and #20.

H-LP has played and defeated #5, #7, #8, #11, #18 and #24.

Here is the BCMOORE rankings:

First of all it is Fremont-Mills. Was formed from 4 school districts in 1959. Randolph, Thurman, Bartlett, and Tabor, Draws students from Fremont and Mills counties. They have in the past been more of run first team but in the last couple of years have taken to a more balanced offense. Their strong point this year seems to be defense. They are an opportunistic team. 40 interceptions so far this year with 13 returned for touchdowns. The longest was 80 yards. You do not want to make a mistake. They are very good at making you pay dearly for it. I believe they also have 10 fumbles with two resulting in touchdowns.

Yea, added the extra "e", sorry about that, cannot edit the title as far as I could tell.

I see F-M made the Finals in 2011 and 2014, so they have experience in the Dome where as H-LP has never been there before.

There are a lot of question marks about this F-M team. They struggled with Exira/EhK last friday. At least for the first half. Then came out strong in the second half. That was the most they have been pushed all season. They will need their best effort for the H-LP game Thursday. F-M is experienced with several seniors that played in the Championship game two years ago.

I agree with you voice. It was a 29-20 game at half and Exira-EHK had no problem moving the ball. Second half they played much better even without Phillips not playing for most of the half with what looked like a shoulder injury of some sort. Offensively they are very good and extremely efficient. Their skill positions can match up with any defense in the state I feel and their line are some physical guys who really block well for their runners as well as protect the QB Vanatta who is the key to making that offense go with his ability to throw the ball down the field.

Vanatta isn't afraid to take off with the ball. Has some long td runs this year. I wasn't at the game Friday. But caught the end of the game on my way home. What I like this year is that they haven't put pressure on Sam to carry the team. These kids are talented enough that they can spread the love around. Makes it harder on the opponents to plan.

Go to Youtube and search "this way to the dome" I never have had any luck with posting videos. If some one else has luck doing that. Please post it for me.
