A fight ensued at the conclusion of the substate soccer game Thursday night between Waterloo West and Marshalltown. The video was reviewed by the IHSAA and they issued three red cards as a result. Two red cards to Marshalltown players and one to the Waterloo West goalkeeper. As a result, the Waterloo West goalkeeper will have to sit out the substate final Monday night against Cedar Falls.
