At the end of the third it's Regina up 56-27 over West Burlington. Phil Arendt having a huge game with 22 through 3 quarters.

Regina wins 69-38 and advances to the State Tournament. Phil Arendt comes into the game averaging 7 ppg and has a huge game with 26 points, 12 rebounds. Drew Cook with a solid 19 points. The Regals with one of their better games of the year. The special year continues with a great group of players.

Western Christian wins 49-47. The records never seem to matter with these two teams, especially with a trip to state on the line. This will be Jim Eekhoff's 17th trip to state.

Nick Ellis with his 3rd game winning shot with less than 3 seconds this year. And second time in back to back games as AP beats New Hampton. Amazing game and atmosphere

Ehh I didn't think it was much of an upset. I've seen both teams play quite a bit this year and I knew New Hampton wasn't going to win easily like many on this board thought. But it was such a good game. I think if they play ten times, each team wins 5 or AP wins 6. Damn shame this matchup didn't happen at state because both teams absolutely deserved it.
