Question for ZTJ13

I was at SportsPlex West recently and saw the Johnston HS team play. Was that your new coach on the sideline? I overheard some chatter while waiting to play and those people seemed to think it was your new coach. If that is the case, you may want to remind him that he nor any other HS coach is allowed to coach their athletes prior to March 16th. IF he has been coaching this team at Sportsplex West then he is in violation of IAHSAA rules. I'm not trying to spread rumors and I'm not accusing anyone of cheating. It may be something as simple as him not being aware of the rules. Just an FYI.

I thought I heard something about coaches being able to be there and supervise as long as they're not doing any coaching? So basically just like overseeing the scrimmages or what not. In the case he is actually coaching though, that is illegal.

No that wasnt him that was a different coach from club
