What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“I’ve been having at least three double headers a week. I’ve been hitting at least three or four times a week and I got football every Sunday night.”
Do you have a favorite sport?
“I would definitely pursue football.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I feel like we’ll be pretty good. We got a lot of guys working hard in the weight room. Guys are willing to put in the extra work.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“I would have to say Marion.”
How do you feel about your first opponent of the football season in Independence?
“I would just say we can go on there, do our thing, and basically win like we always do against them. They are a rivalry team.”
What camps did you attend this summer?
“I went to Iowa and UNI. I felt like I did alright. I did some drills that challenged me a little bit but I think I did alright.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve had a couple coaches talk to me from Wayne State, Drake, and UNI. I think that is it.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say probably Drake right now.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I went to UNI for their junior day where we visited their campus and looked at all of their facilities.”
