What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Me and my team do speed and agility workouts twice a week, along with weight lifting every morning. As of late, we have been getting outside and I've been throwing routes to them almost every day.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel as if I have gotten a lot stronger and faster. I also believe my arm strength and accuracy as improved.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Still getting stronger and faster every day. Being more versatile is my biggest goal, but becoming a better passer also is key.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I know that my team has a lot of talent and potential. We have been playing together for a while and we're excited to show everyone what we can do. Yet we are aware that our opponents are working very hard as well. So, if we continue to work hard and put forth the extra effort along with focus and energy during the season, I know that we can be good.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Ankeny Centennial. I figure they have a lot of players returning, and either way they are always tough. Them, Cedar Falls, and Cedar Rapids Prairie were our toughest opponents last year and we know that they will be ready to go this year as well.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Waterloo East. We know about the talent that they have on their roster this year and they will be playing as hard as they can, especially in our rival game. We just have to prepare ourselves mentally and physically for that game.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I'd love to play college football if the right opportunity was an option.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Upper Iowa, Western Illinois, Drake, Sioux Falls, Loras, Wayne State and a few other private schools have contacted me via Twitter or text.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Loras and Sioux Falls.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“Loras.”

“Potentially Sioux Falls.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“UNI, Trickey-Wright QB Camp, Iowa State, Iowa, Drake, and my team will go to South Dakota for a team camp.”
