What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“I actually haven’t been playing AAU. During the season after we lost our substate game my mind changed and I thought the best thing for me would be to stay home and work on my game. Instead of traveling and getting twenty shots up, I can get up 1,000 shots a day.”
What have you improved on the most since basketball wrapped up?
“Probably shot creation and getting my shot off in more ways. I have really worked on my step back and stuff like that.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I feel like we are going to be really good next year. We return four players including myself. We are looking really good and have a shot to win it all next year.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“Probably City West. Every year they are tough.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Really not much. Not playing AAU is a big factor in that but really my main goal is to get better. Next year I’ll play and see how it goes.”
Are there any schools as of late?
“Not as of late. Not playing AAU, I knew that’d happen.”
