How did the basketball season go for your team?
“I think the season went very well. We lost a few games we should’ve won, but overall, it was a great season. We played well together and had some very solid wins.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I’ve been trying to work really hard this off-season. I get some shots up before school starts, take a lifting class during school, and then I’ll do a cardio workout after school.”
What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“I’ve been trying to improve my ball handling, shooting, and add those to my strengths so I can be a threat from all positions.”
What AAU team are you playing for this off-season? How do you feel your team will be?
“I’m playing with the Martin Brothers this off-season. I feel like we are a really good team. We have a lot of talent and a lot of depth, and everyone plays well together. We have really high hopes for the remainder of this season.”
What are your goals for the AAU season?
“My goals for this season are to play as hard as I can every game and help my team out in every way possible, so our entire team can get some more college interest.”
How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“We lost a lot of seniors last season, so we’ll be a really young team. But we have a lot of potential moving forward and it should be a good season.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“We haven’t gotten our schedule yet, but the Mississippi Valley is always very challenging and anybody and beat anybody.”
What sport do you want to play in college?
“Basketball.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“It’s still early in the process, but I’ve received some interest from UNI, Drake, SDSU, and Wake Forest.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any college trips yet.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“Our high school is doing the Wisconsin team camp and the UNI team camp, and once the busy AAU season ends, I’m sure I’ll attend some other camps as well.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I don’t know if I had any favorites, but I always just loved watching March Madness and the entire college game, especially teams around this area.”
