What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been in the weight room hard this off-season putting on about 20 pounds so far.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I have definitely gotten stronger since last season.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Off-season wise, I am still getting stronger every day and game wise I need to work on creating separation.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“All I got to say about that is just wait. The work is being put in and I like being doubted. We all do. It's making us work harder and harder. I think we're going to surprise you this year.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I believe we have one of the toughest non-district schedules in the state and we open up with Pella on the road. They are always very tough and it's going to be a tough one at Pella this year coming off the season we had, but I think we can handle it.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Playing sports in college would be really cool and if I had the opportunity, I'd play either football or baseball.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I'm not sure what qualifies as recruiting, but several schools have showed some sort of interest.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I'm still trying to learn how to make visits and am not quite sure how that work. Hopefully I can find a way to create opportunities for that.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I am doing a combine, and then I have ISU camp and a Minnesota camp coming up in the summer.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I was actually a big TCU fan growing up.”
