What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts and sports?
“In the off-season of June, I have been doing lifting and doing many workouts/drills to help me get stronger, faster, and tougher to help me get ready for the upcoming tournaments in July.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“I’m going to try to work on getting quicker and better with my dribble to help make it harder for me to guard and help me be able to guard all positions. I also want always want to work on my jumper.”

What AAU team are you playing for this off-season? How did the spring portion of the season go?
“I play for Martin Bros. and we did really well. We lost a couple games that we should've won, but we never let that affect us and we always came off better and ready to ball after those.”

What are your goals for the AAU season?
“My goal is to show off how much quicker and stronger I am getting and also how much I am getting better at becoming a more prolific player.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I believe my high school team will do really well next year. We just had a camp and we looked really good. We went undefeated and I believe if we all play with our max effort, we could make it to state.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“I believe Waterloo West is the toughest team I'll play against because they play well together as a team and they play with good fight.”

Who is the toughest individual player you will play against this winter?
“The toughest player I will go against this season is Michael Duax. He is a good player and he really carries his team well. He's also my AAU teammate, so it's fun going against him too.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“Basketball. I have been wanting to do it for so long and it's parts of one of my goals for this sport.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Colleges that have been recruiting me are Iowa, Iowa State, UNI, Wisconsin, Drake, Wake Forest, and Creighton.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes to Iowa, Iowa State, UNI, Wisconsin, and UCLA.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I'm mainly doing UNI and Courtside but trying to stay home to work on getting strong and faster so that I can be ready for the summer AAU season.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“When I was younger, my favorite college was either Duke or UCLA.”
