“Right now, I’ve got basketball and football. I am looking forward to basketball but football started. I am focused on both now.”
How did the first week of the football season go?
“Good. We won 48-0 against Maquoketa this weekend.”
What do you know about your next opponent in Dewitt Central?
“We have high hopes. We really think we can beat any team we play this year. We are confident but at the same time respect all of our opponents. We need to bring it on offense and defense.”
How will your basketball team be this winter?
“I am definitely looking forward to the basketball season. I know a lot of our players are. We have high hopes as well. We want to finish on top this year.”
What will be your toughest competition this season?
“We have good rivals this year with Beckman and I’d say Regina will be pretty good. There are a lot of good returning teams this year for sure.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Mostly for basketball, I’d say Coe and the Dubuque schools. It mostly DIII and NAIA. That is what I’m looking at now.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“The hardest I’d say is Clarke, UD, and Loras. They are recruiting me the hardest.”
Do you have a favorite overall?
“Right now, I don’t have a front runner. I have to some visits.”
