Playoff Round 1 Matchups Prediction Thread

I am an alum from midland, I've played both teams multiple times they both have their times of playing dirty, although I've had more personal occurrences happen when playing kee but still both teams do it. I can understand onsiding every time especially if central doesn't have good down field coverage on kickoff. We used to do that same tactic. (Not saying that's why they did it) kee's players should have been prepared for onside kick through watching film, it's a part of a routine for football teams, especially when they consitantly do it.

Haven't looked to see how all of the OP's projections turned out, but he did get the Wayne-HLV matchup right. I'm definitely looking forward to that, even though Wayne (my alma mater) should lose. That series had the potential to develop into a nice little rivalry with the way it had gone the past two seasons and I hoped they would stay in the same district for this cycle.

Wayne should lose this one, but they should have lost to Lamoni last night, too. They're finally fully healthy, and with the way Kiefer is playing right now (ran for 326 and scored 8 total touchdowns last night after setting the national record with 11 in a game a few weeks ago), they've at least got a chance.

They were ready for it, but a kid got laid out after the whistle, sending him to the hospital. This whole debate isn't about Kee not expecting the onside kick.

Fitzgerald's hit on David was perfectly legal. The onsided ball had went the 10 yards, still not recovered. Central should not have kicked an onside that late no matter what. I do see how the crowd can get into the players' heads, but to allow it into a coaches head, and to make them onside that late in the game should not happen. David ducked his head before contact with the central kid, and should have been prepared for contact. It appeared that he was unconscious before he hit the ground. Central shouldn't have onsided so late, as well as Kee should have controlled their sportsmanship before hand.
