Team Strengths:
Size, defense, and backcourt play
Question Marks:
Experience
Overview:
When looking back at last season, it still was somewhat a surprise that they
took home the title. But when you look at the talent and athleticism that
that they had, it was obvious that they could play with anyone. Brett
Wessels and Mike Vandello both earned All State honors and have since graduated.
With all five starters graduated, many would expect this team to have a down
year. After seeing them this summer, that is not the case. The
Bulldogs will show how deep that team was last season as many of the bench
players will step into bigger roles. One player to keep an eye on is
Charlie Schwartz. This junior has to put on some weight but he is a very
talented guard who will see his stats greatly increase.
