Former IA preps weekend results

There were definitely some good results this past weekend from former IA hs runners. I probably overlooked some, and clearly can't list all of them.

Blake Irwin running 1:48.0x in the 800, which I believe is a pr. He may have run faster before, but I don't remember off of the top of my head.

Katy Moen and Taylor Peterson running 16:45 at Stanford for ISU, teammate Morgan Casey went 16:51 as well. I think it has been noted that Meaghan Nelson ran 32:33 in the 10k.

The most impressive result that I found though was Ashley Miller edging out Shelby Houlihan 2:03.33 to 2:03.85 in the 800 down at ASU. Big PRs for both women.

Daniel Chenoweth, who ran for Cedar Falls during his freshman and sophomore years, ran 28:46. He is in grad. school, using his fifth year of eligibility with the U of Wisconsin.

Saw that one too Lenny, just forgot to post it. Definitely a great time.

Alana Edanbit and Laura Sigmund also ran 35:03 and 35:05 in the 10k at Wartburg on thursday night. I believe splits of 17:45-17:17
