The Iowa State ladies won the Big 12 CC Meet over the weekend. It's nice to see there are a number of their runners from the state of Iowa!

Below is how their individual finish was at the Big 12 Meet.

Katie Flood won Pac 12, and Brogan Austin won the MVC.

Some pretty good individual performances from former Iowa Preps this weekend. Shelby Houlihan also finished 8th in the Pac-12 meet, pretty damn good for how loaded that conference is. I saw plenty of other good performances, but those already listed and Houlihan really stood out.
