Bet what you are missing is the PV BK game was OT.

Why would OT have any effect?

The 13 point tie breaker (using plus and minus points of divisional games divided by the total
number of games played within the division) will decide the divisional runner-up. The team with the highest tiebreaker average will be the divisional runner-up, the team with the second highest tiebreaker average will be the divisional third place team, and the team with the third highest tiebreaker average will be the divisional fourth place team.

No mention of points in regulation or OT.

It looks like AGWSR had a week 0 game. Are you calculating an extra game? I have them with 7.14 and PV with 6.71??

Ushawk check again. It says an overtime game is plus 1 point and minus 1 point for winner/loser.
Rocket only district games are included in point differential.

It's easy to miss but actually makes a lot of sense to award +1 point or -1 point for overtime. I think Boone got this rule right.

If the ball were kicked off in OT than it might be appropriate for the same logic as regular games to apply. Since the ball is not kicked off but spotted in a potential scoring position it would be unjust to award points based on the scoring difference.
