Clarification!!

I am wondering if anyone knows what happens if there is a storm on Saturday during sectionals. Does it get moved to Sunday or Monday, just trying to plan my weekend with work! thanks

I think the procedure is to delay it first for a couple hours. If that doesn't solve the issue it is moved to Mondday. The IHSAA will want to get it done Saturday if at all possible.

Several Southwest sectionals have postponed to Monday. I know the call is up to the tournament host, but Dallas Center-Grimes is probably the most compact sectional grouping and they delayed to Monday while Nevada is (so far) going off on schedule. I wonder how much effect (aside from the consecutive day scale allowance) for Tuesday nights regional duals?

Dallas Center-Grimes postponed until Monday, 2/6/12 at 4:00pm. Weigh ins at 2:00pm.

Guthrie Center postponed until Monday, 2/6/12 at 4:00pm. Weigh ins at 2:00pm.

Harlan postponed until Monday, 2/6/12 at 4:00pm. Weigh ins at 2:00pm.

Riverside, Oakland postponed until Monday, 2/6/12 at 4:00pm. Weigh ins at
2:00pm.

Tri-Center, Neola postponed until Monday, 2/6/12 at 4:00pm. Weigh ins at
2:00pm.
