You must have the West side of the state strength of schedule a bit overrated if you have the state champions at #4.

I would say so to Tiger. NFV had to play a semifinal team and quaterfinal teams twice. 5 of NFV's wins were against final 8 teams.

Williamsburg beat South Tama twice, was 11-1 and lost to Albia by 2. Hard to imagine they're not in the top 16.
