IN DISTRICT 2: #1 seed Algona has to play at #4 Spencer first round. How can the system be messed up this bad that the worst seed in the district gets a home game against the top seed?
Because its all geographic? They are not going to have Algona host when MOC in Orange City has to travel at least two hours to get to Algona. Spencer is just geographically in more "in the middle" for all teams.
