Jake Danner and Derek Schurke break career state passing and reception yardage on same play last Friday.
Schurke went into the season with the state career receptions record, breaking Stanton's Alex Whigham's record in just 30 games, Whigham had played in 48. Schurke's reception record ranks 2nd all-time nationally and is only one of 3 players in 8man history to accumulate 200plus receptions in a career. Danner is currently 46 completions short of the state record in that category.
