Biden blocks U.S. military aid to Israel..

Someone tell me again why we should vote for this houseplant...?

President Joe Biden halted a large shipment of aerial bombs to Israel last week in an effort to force the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to bend to his wishes as he faces backlash from the anti-Semitic forces within his own party.

The Associated Press reported that the shipment was supposed to include 1,800 2,000-pound bombs and 1,700 500-pound bombs. The administration is also holding off on providing Israel with Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) kits, which turn bombs into precision-guided smart bombs.

Biden stopped the shipment to protest Israel’s decision to go forward with trying to eliminate the Hamas terrorists that remain within the Gazan city of Rafah.

The administration claimed that its concern had to do with providing Israel with large explosive ordnance that could be used in Rafah where Palestinians are densely packed into small spaces.

Wrestling scholarship

Are you a high school senior from the state of Iowa who has been involved in wrestling or know someone who is? It is my pleasure to let you all know about the newly formed Kirk Hageman Memorial Scholarship. We will be giving a $500 college scholarship annually to a high school senior from the state of Iowa who either wrestled or was heavily involved (manager, cheerleader, etc…) in the sport of wrestling in high school and plans to attend college after high school graduation. We are also looking for a candidate who plans to stay involved in our great sport in the future in some capacity.

Kirk Hageman was an avid wrestling fan who graduated from Decorah High School in northeast Iowa. He continued to be heavily involved in wrestling after high school and it was a great passion of Kirk's for his entire life. Kirk was involved in the sport in many ways but most notably, and his favorite, was as a volunteer high school wrestling coach at Richland Center, WI as well as Cedar Rapids Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids, IA. In 2009 Kirk passed away much too young, but his exuberance for wrestling lives on with his family and friends. We have now created the Kirk Hageman Memorial Scholarship to be awarded every year in his memory.

If you are truly passionate about wrestling and want to continue your education then we are looking for you! Please write a short essay about how wrestling has impacted your life and how you plan to continue to be involved or give back to wrestling in the future. You do not have to be a wrestler in college but can plan on being a wrestler, manager, cheerleader, plan on getting into coaching, or just being an avid supporter. Essays should also include your contact information as well as the email for your high school guidance counselor or athletic director should we have any questions.

Please include a copy of your high school transcripts so we know that you are serious about continuing your education. Recipients will be expected to maintain a 3.0 grade point average in their first semester of college and the $500 scholarship will be awarded during the second semester.

All essays and transcripts can be emailed to kirkhagemanscholarship@hotmail.com or mailed to:
