What the Heck happened to CR Xavier this Year?

City High, a team that is less than .500 for the year, just beat Xavier, 4-2.

Xavier is about .500 in the MVC conference this year, (Won Again by I.C. West by the way).

Did a few of their guys get Kicked off, or suspended?? What is up there?

Look at last years roster... Then look at this years. Xavier graduated something like 8 starting seniors from last years squad that nearly won 4 straight state championships.

Noonan, Danny Bauer to name a few..

Yes. Surprised by IC score.

I know that loosing Will Martin, Danny Bauer, and Noonan hurt them a great deal. I would still expect them to be up there and not at .500.

Yes, we all know they lost that class from 2007, where they got 2nd place in 1a. Sure didn't expect them to get beat by a less than .500 IC high team by 2 goals. Are they missing Konchar? Maybe he got suspended?

Xavier got 3rd in 2007. Norwalk got 1st and Denison-Schleswig got 2nd.

Xavier won it the 3 previous years. Beating Norwalk in 2004 [1-0] and 2006 [3-1] in the championships.
