A very young, but talented North Scott team may be the second-best team in the MAC this year. Dub. Hempstead is playing very well with a bunch of underclassmen and could end up with a winning record this year despite playing a tough schedule. Dub. Senior may take their lumps after the holidays, but their "diaper dandies" (blame Dick Vitale, not me) are playing well enough (4- 3) that their fans are excited for the future. Three teams with promising outlooks. That's it from the East.
