The only way to do this is to send a plane to pick him up if - and only if - El Salvador wants to send their citizen back - they don’t so he’s going to stay there in jail for a loooong time!

That is not what the Supreme Court order states. The District Court ordered the Admin to “facilitate and effectuate his return”. Honk mentioned facilitate previously. The Court struck the lower court’s use of the word effectuate as being vague and not adequately deferring to the Executive branches purview of foreign relations.

The evidence was nothing more than his testimony that he would be targeted. When asked why he and his family never went to the police in El Salvador he claimed that the police were corrupt.

Maybe it's true...but it's certainly convenient. Either way, he came here illegally in 2011 and that is beyond dispute.

I'd like to know more about evidence that ties him to MS-13 here. I read two articles (from left leaning publications) and I didn't learn much about those ties. If those ties are legitimate, I'm 100% glad he's gone. If they aren't legitimate, I'm willing to at least listen.
