Good. Pushed the 2-year starter for the starting spot, but will be backup for now. It was pretty even, each better at different things. Gets to be on the travel squad for the first game tomorrow vs Clemson.

Great 1st week of football. Lots of good games with few surprise scores. One was Algona over Spirit Lake. I know Algona has some studs but still a bit of a surprise. Another was Beckman over W. Columbus. Beckman had 1 win last year and Columbus was in the dome. Anyone at either game to give incite?

lewis central 31, harlan 10.....harlan,s qb did not look good, and interceptions for touchdowns did not help the matter... i believe harlan is going to have 2 or 3 yrs of a struggle , from what i have observed.

Wow...Harlan destroyed Denison tonight..either Lewis central is very good, or Denison is really bad
