NF vs. DB Is tough to call. Common opponent puts them as equal. Early game means NF probably travels the night before, no home field advantage for either. NF has better athletes, DB has a better lineman. Flip a coin, in my head I'm going with DB, but nothing would shock me.

I have GR by a couple TDs.

Saw both MMC & GR games this week, both have disciplined, gap filling defenses, but the offensive edge goes to GR for sustaining long, punishing drives and play action. MMC is a home run type offense. I think GR will be able to stop MMCs offense easier than vise versa. I'll take GR in a evenly matched game,32-24 GR
NF vs. DB, I hear about injuries to NF, but DB hasn't played anything near the type of high talented, hard nosed competition that's found in NW Iowa title territory, NF has, that'll be the difference. 28-16 NF.

How did you come to the above conclusion? They have a recent common opponent and it was essentially an identical result. Not to mention the DB staff (and many players) were around for the AC, Murray, MMC, NF, and Exira games where bosco went 3-2 (3 of which were 1 possession games). So the DB staff and players do in fact have the requisite experience. The west side of iowa sure has an SEC complex.

DB and MMC are my picks. How many guys does NF, MMC and GR actually play in a game? DB has 20 guys that they can play without a lot of drop off. 12 of them are legit bodies that can play at a high level.

Seems like everyone is taking the winner of the DB/NF game to win it all. Iam going with MMC, in a very familiar situation like they were a few years ago and no one was really giving them a chance.

I think the winner will come from the Glidden Ralston vs MMC game. I do not think Don Bosco or Newell Fonda have seen a team as physical as GR and MMC. I think MMC pulls away from Glidden late in the game to take the win.
