South Winn vs Waukon

Predictions? I have SW winnning 38-14

Waukon loses alot but did beat SW 52-0 last year. SW only managed 149 total yards.

With what Waukon lost and what SW returns it should be a good one.

I think with the game at Waukon this year it will be competitive. You still you need talent to win regardless where the game is but Waukon will be competitive this year just not dominant like the last 2 years.

I read an article today about Waukon and the coach is very positive and confident this year. One of his quotes he said is "the cupboard is not bare". They have a lot of young talent that got game experience last year in the playoffs. I think that the game will be close but South Winn pulls it out in the end.

Waukon is probably one of the top 20 teams in 2A, but play in a bear of a district and may not even be top 4 in that district. With that being said, I don't really think that South Winn played all of their starters last year, leading to the 52-0 score, Waukon will have a decent Junior class but I will take the Warriors 28-14
