Excluding transfers, they will be good/adequate, not great by any means, but not horrible either.
They will be lacking size, with only Long returning with height. Their JV players were on the smaller side, like a 4 guard line up. Very quick, can shoot the 3 very well. Had problems against schools with taller line ups.

Maybe come up with a 'years-in-the-school' multiplier. I went to a private school and we won three state titles in four years, but every one of the kids on the teams had been in private school since Kindergarten. so if you have been in school for 12 years, you get a one, if you have been in school for less than three years, you get a 5. average out your sport roster and multiply that by your school enrollment. Do that for every school, public of private.
