I wouldn't call the WB - Mt Vernon combined evening a "scrimmage" by definition. Its more of a controlled practice session. Non-contact

So they are not going to have any contact with each other, just stare each other down ? I am sure you mean they won't be going full "live" but will be doing quick whistle thud.
About the only non-contact drills in football are routes on air and 11 on 0

Again, what you are describing is contact. And more than likely the the receivers and RBs will block/ thud, so they will make some sort of contact as well. But if you would like to video tape it and post it, I would be more than happy to let you know if contact was made or not
