I couldn’t make the link work. Iowa banned the book “Friday Night Lights” from high school libraries.

First I’ve heard of this, since I don’t have any school age children, I’ll check it out and get back with you.

It appears someone in the Mason City school district (in northern IA) used ChatGPT to tag the book inappropriate and recommended it be banned. I saw the miniseries but didn’t read the book, so couldn’t comment on the appropriateness of it. Would’nt have let my middle schooler watch the series…..perhaps not any under 18, there’s better stuff out there……and certainly a lot worse.
