Question for DSM SPORTS FAN 2017 Season

Can you pick 4 or 5 returning players that if you were a coach you would pick to build your team around for the 2017 season. Interesting to see both sides of the ball offense and defense.
If you really want to impress me would like to hear "why" for each.

Great Question, I will need to give that some thought before throwing out any names. Also I would like to challenge someone else to do the East Side that's more familiar with the players from the East. Once done we can combine the West & East into one larger list.
I will post 5-6 names for the West (O&D) later this week. Now someone help me out with Eastern Iowa.

The five guys on the starting offensive line for Dowling. Why? Because they, along with a stellar defense, won Dowling Catholic a state title with the worst QB play they have had since the mid-2000's. They have the ability to do it again next season as well.
