How did the football season go for your team?
“Overall, our season was successful. We reached a lot of goals we had for the season. We also did not reach some goals and we are going to use those to push us going forward.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“My plan is to work out during the spring and summer doing the weight lifting program at school. Also, I will be doing private workouts to improve my speed and strength.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“Personally, I’m trying to get bigger and stronger through different workouts. I️ also want to improve my football IQ through watching film.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I️ think we will have a good team this coming year. It’s no secret that we lost a lot a senior starters, but I️ think that people will step up and the competition among us for those spots will make us better.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“I️ think the toughest game in our district will be Johnston. We have built up a little rivalry over the last couple years. With the new districts, it will be interesting to see new teams we haven’t played in the past couple years.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I do want to play sports in college, but I have not decided on football or basketball specifically yet.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have been contacted by some DI schools and I have spoken with some DII schools in the Midwest.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not taken any college trips yet, but I am looking forward to taking some in the spring and summer.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I am still trying to narrow down what camps I will attend. I am looking at minicamps at colleges such as UNI, Northwest Missouri State, and South Dakota.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, one of my favorite colleges was and is Kansas. It is mainly because my dad went to school there and I love the culture around there.”
