How has the football season been going for your team?
“We had two seniors go down with some injuries in the very first game of the year. We have had a lot of younger guys step up and do pretty well.”

What areas can your team improve on?
“I think our line play on both sides of the ball has to improve. We need to be able to pick up blitzes. On the defensive side, we have to put pressure on their quarterback when they have the ball.”

What do you know about your next opponent in West Bend-Mallard?
“I think they are a real good team. They have a couple younger guys stepping up like us.”

What are the keys for your team to be successful?
“It is just mental toughness. We will have to be more physical than the other teams too.”

Do you want to play football in college?
“No, I don’t really have any desire to play at the next level.”

Why are you leaning that way?
“I had surgery on my foot last year and I think my body is kind of done. I don’t want to put myself through that. I won’t go DI so I don’t think playing at a juco or DIII would really be worth it.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Iowa State probably. That is about it.”
