How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“So far, we are off to a pretty good start. Both sides of the ball are playing really well, and we have to continue that through the year.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“Everything honestly. We are a pretty good team right now, but we need to improve on being a more disciplined team and just keep playing hard the whole game.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“We have to just play and trust one another that they will do their jobs. If everyone does their job and flies around, we are going to play good football.”
What are your goals for the rest of the season?
“We first want to win our district. There is a lot of pride in that and getting a good seed in the playoffs would really help. After that, we are trying to win a state championship, get to the Dome, and claim the first one for the school.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Not sure what I want to do, but I run track, wrestle, play baseball, and football. I would love to play football and/or baseball in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have not had any colleges interested in me.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any trips and don’t have any planned right now.”

“I always grew up as a Hawkeye fan as a kid. Growing up, watching my cousin play for Iowa was something really special to watch.”
