“So far, we are getting better each game. That is really important. We are still working to gel and get everything clicking as one team.”
What areas can your team improve on?
“Some of our blocking schemes aren’t as good as they should be. We have to know where we are supposed to be in certain plays.”
What do you know about your next opponent in Des Moines Christian?
“I think they lost a couple big players but their quarterback and receiver are dangerous. They’ll still be a good team because they are decent every year.”
What are the keys for your team to be successful?
“It is shutting down the run on defense. That would be big. Improving our blocking scheme on offense would help a lot.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have been getting recruiting for football and basketball right now. I am mostly leaning towards basketball as of now.”
What are the basketball schools that you are hearing from?
“Briar Cliff, Graceland, Simpson, and Buena Vista have contacted me. There are a couple of other schools that have asked for film.”
Have you done any visits?
“I haven’t found time to actually do that yet.”
