How did the football season go for your team?
“The year went great. We got a lot accomplished as a group and felt great about it. With that being said, we also thought we could have made a bigger dent at state then we did. But the year was awesome.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“My workout plans are doing track this spring and lifting four or five times a week during track. During the summer, I’ll have a lot more free time to get in a lot more workouts because I am not doing baseball this year.”
What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“The things I’m trying to improve on by next year are reading my blocks better, getting stronger faster, quicker, and becoming more explosive.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I think next year, we will be pretty scary. We will have a lot of experience in the o-line and our defense is looking good. The thing we need to work on the most is probably replacing our outstanding d-line from last year.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“The toughest game conference wise looks like it could be Prairie. They have a lot of talent coming back including a lot of their o-line and (Keegan) Simmons. They would probably be our toughest game.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love to play football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Minnesota State and Augustana.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any college trips yet.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I’m doing a lot of in-state camps this summer, such as Iowa, UNI and probably Iowa State. I will probably try to make some out of state camps as well.”

“The colleges I watched the most growing up were UNI and Iowa. It was probably those two.”
