How has the football season been going for your team?
“It has been phenomenal. We have played a pretty tough schedule so far but have played well.”
What areas can your team improve on?
“This past week, we had a couple of bad penalties. We need to improve on that and the little things. We have to make sure we are running the right routes, making the right reads, and doing the small things.”
What do you know about your next opponent in Cedar Rapids Washington?
“I already know that they got a good quarterback, (Bryan) Kunde. I was able to go to some camps with him and we became friends. They have a talented running back. Washington has a good defense.”
What are the keys for your team to be successful?
“It is just to keep pounding it. Once we get up, we can’t slow down like we did against Iowa City West. We want to make big plays and finish. Our drives have stalled in the red zone. We have to finish it with touchdowns.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I visited Winona State and really enjoyed my time there. I visited Drake and I also enjoyed my time down there. Those are the main two schools. There are also some Division II schools around the Midwest.”

“Graceland has contacted me about game day visits. Coe College has contacted me about a visit too.”
Do you have any plans for fall game day trips?
“I’ll probably go down to Graceland. Other than that, anyone who contacts me I’ll consider it.”
