How did the football season go for your team?
“This past season was a fun one, but the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped for. We had a great group of guys on our team that led the way and made not only myself better but the team better.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“During this off-season, I will be hitting the weights hard and going to the field every day to work on footwork, speed, and agility.”
What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“The thing that that I’m going to be working on the most this off-season is hitting the weight room and working on speed and agility. I want to just to focus on getting bigger, stronger, and faster.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I believe my team next year will come ready to play right out the gates. We have a lot of returning experience and a lot of guys that had a huge role in the team. Dealing with that 2-7 record from last season, I know that my guys will play with a chip on their shoulder.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“To me, I believe our toughest game will be Carlisle. Last season, they beat us 45-0, but we have learned to get over moments like that. When we see them this season, my guys will be ready.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I’d love to play sports in college. Playing football in college has been a dream of mine for many years and I’m still working towards it.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No colleges have been recruiting me yet, but by knowing that, I use that as motivation to keep pushing to get better.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any colleges trips yet and can’t wait to get in contact with colleges in my future.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I will have a very busy summer with baseball. The camps I attend will revolve around what days I have open to work on my game.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I’ve always loved Iowa growing up and watching all of their athletic teams perform.”
