IMO the point system works well with classifications with less then 56 teams and a 32 team playoff format. Your district #2 would be interesting...it allows round robin DM City School games....it would be the equivalent of the old CIML Metro....in most years there would be only one qualifier for the playoffs from the Des Moines Schools. But if you are looking for efficient districts with minimal travel all of these work except for Valley in district #1
